  Some enterprising soldier took a 12-Year Long-Service Decoration, which is gilt-toned. To it he attached a piece of brass with the words “Welt Krieg.” The brass piece also has a laurel leaf design on it. He made himself a very handsome article with a pin on the reverse to attach it to a garment. We are very pleased to offer it to you today.
