This is a unique original photograph which is in postcard format which was quite common. On the far right we see the Enlisted Man in a jumper wearing a mütze with a cap tally. In the middle we have a senior NCO wearing a visor cap. He is also wearing a pilot badge, 1914 Iron Cross 1st Class, ribbon for the 1914 Iron Cross 2nd Class, and ribbon for an Iron Cross 2nd Class equivalent. To the far left there is a junior NCO who is wearing a mütze with a cap tally. On his tunic he is wearing a pilot badge and the ribbon for the 1914 Iron Cross 2nd Class.

On the reverse we see a message and the photograph was mailed on 25 January 1918. A rare piece of German Navy history.
