GERMANY – POSTCARD – NAVY – SAILOR WHO SERVED ON A MINESWEEPER

SKU: 44-353

$20.00

This is a curious postcard which certainly has a touch of the macabre to it. It shows a sailor who has a cap tally to a Minesweeper. Thrown over his arm is that of a skeleton attached to the body and head of a skeleton. The sailor has a grim and fearful look on his face. At the bottom of the card it says “Des Minensuchers Kamerad.”
