Germany – Postcard – S.M.S. Niobe
This postcard was produced by Tuck’s of Great Britain. It shows the light cruiser S.M.S. Niobe. She was a part of the Gazelle Class of cruisers. She was commissioned in 1900 and saw service with the East Asia Squadron. She returned to German waters and was stationed there. After the war she saw service with the Reichsmarine and with the Kriegsmarine during WW II.
The postcard was never mailed and is in excellent condition.
