"Voti Pubblici per la Prosperità Eterna della Repubblica Italica, Assicurata Colla Costituzione Auspice Bonaparte," translating to "Public vows for the eternal prosperity of the Italian Republic, ensured with the Constitution under the auspices of Bonaparte."
